These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Misjav (misjav.im) website and its associated mobile applications. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

To register with Misjav, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. Creating an account with a false name, address, or phone number is strictly prohibited. Misjav reserves the right to verify your identity at any time.

Registration Terms

• Only one account may be registered per person.
• Multiple accounts cannot be operated from the same device or IP address.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify Misjav.

Misjav strictly prohibits providing services to anyone under the age of 18. At registration or at any point thereafter, Misjav may request a copy of your national ID or passport to verify your age.

If it is found that a user opened an account while under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed and any winnings may be forfeited.

Misjav supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit is ৳500.
• The name on the deposit account must match the name used at registration.
• Payments in the name of a third party are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be reviewed if unusual betting patterns are detected.

Betting on Misjav operates under fully transparent rules. The odds for every bet are clearly displayed and cannot be changed once a bet is confirmed.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except where cashout is available).
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed will apply.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, Misjav reserves the right to void bets and investigate the account.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically ranging from 20x to 35x.
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account closure.
• Bonus funds may not be used on certain games or bet types.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Automated betting using software or bots.

• Deceiving or threatening other users.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Submitting fake identification or fraudulent documents.

Misjav reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• In cases of extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If there are no restrictions or ongoing investigations at the time of account closure, the remaining balance will be refunded.
